Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, addressing client needs, and performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing innovative solutions to improve application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior professionals to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based application development frameworks. - Strong understanding of application lifecycle management. - Experience with integration of SAP solutions with third-party applications. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
