Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to support organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: a Be a expert team member, helping other technical developer b Helps in designing strategy for new enhancement requests and adoption of new features in Peoplesoft 9.2 c Coordinates with Functional/Business team and transformation team to translate business requirement to technical document and diagram d Resolve tickets, Design, build Extensions, Interfaces and Reports for ePro, PO, Cost Accounting, Supplier Contracts & Inventory e Design and build batch programs in SCM and fix/update existing batch program Professional & Technical Skills: a Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools FSCM b Good Knowledge in AppEngine, SQR, Component Interfaces, AppDesigner, Peoplecode, XML Publisher and Application Packages, IB. c Must have good Functional knowledge in Peoplesoft ePro, PO, Cost Accounting, Supplier Contracts & Inventory d Must have worked on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.54 or above e Must be expert in Oracle SQL/PL SQL f Should have prior experience of working on conversion and/or Implementation, Production Support projects Professional Attributes: a Team Player b Excellent Communication Skill c Quick Learner d Contributor Educational Qualification: Minimum 15 years of full time education Additional Information: Ready to work in shifts on Rotational shifts
