Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand requirements, coding and enhancing software components, and utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will also participate in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall improvement of software processes and practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to increase efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
