Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the software solutions you develop are not only functional but also optimized for performance and user experience. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to continuously improve the software development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for software development. - Design, develop, and implement software components that align with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices. - Experience with agile methodologies and modern software development frameworks. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
