Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the application meets the desired requirements. The individual acts as the main liaison for the project, guiding the team through technical challenges and aligning efforts to deliver high-quality solutions. Collaboration and proactive problem-solving are key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring smooth progress and timely delivery of the software components.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of new features and enhancements to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate seamless project execution.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within cloud-based platforms.
- Experience in managing and optimizing data models and workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs related to enterprise software environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
