Summary:
As a Senior Analyst – Adobe Analytics, you will be responsible for executing and supporting Adobe Analytics implementations using AEP Web SDK and Mobile SDK. You will work closely with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality data collection and deliver insightful reporting that supports business and optimization initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Execute Adobe Analytics implementations using AEP Web SDK and Mobile SDK for web and mobile apps.
-Develop and maintain tracking specifications, data layer requirements, and event schemas.
-Configure Datastreams, XDM schemas, and Edge Network components under guidance.
-Collaborate with developers and QA teams to deploy and validate tracking implementations.
-Perform QA and debugging using Assurance, Web SDK debugger, and network logs.
-Build dashboards and reports in Analysis Workspace to support business stakeholders.
-Analyze customer behavior, journeys, and conversion performance.
-Translate data insights into recommendations for product, marketing, and UX teams.
-Support BAU reporting, enhancement requests, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
-Contribute to governance documentation and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
-Must To Have Skills:
-Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and AEP Web SDK / Mobile SDK.
-Understanding of XDM, Datastreams, and Adobe Edge Network fundamentals.
-Experience with JavaScript-based web tracking and tagging concepts.
-Proficiency in Analysis Workspace, segmentation, and reporting.
-Good To Have Skills:
-Experience with Adobe Launch / Tag Management.
-Mobile analytics debugging using Assurance, Charles Proxy, or device logs.
-Exposure to Adobe Target or experimentation platforms.
Additional Information:
-The candidate should have 4–7+ years of experience in digital analytics.
-Adobe Analytics certifications are preferred.
-Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams is desirable.
-Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
