Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions developed align with organizational goals. Your role is dynamic, requiring continuous adaptation to evolving project demands and contributing to the seamless integration of applications within the business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and design decisions to support project transparency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong understanding of designing scalable and maintainable microservices-based systems.
- Experience with API design and integration within distributed systems.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies to support lightweight application deployment.
- Familiarity with cloud-native application development and deployment strategies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in microservices environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
