Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring that the software you develop is scalable and performs efficiently. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements through innovative approaches and continuous enhancement of existing systems, contributing to the overall success of projects and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
- Experience in developing web applications using the Model-View-Controller architectural pattern.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to integrate with backend services.
- Ability to work with databases and write efficient queries to support application functionality.
- Experience with version control systems to manage codebase and collaborate with team members.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
