Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that address unique business requirements. This role includes coding and refining various components within systems or applications, ensuring they meet performance and scalability standards. The work environment embraces modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration to deliver effective and efficient software products that align with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps, AWS Architecture, Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Expertise in infrastructure as code and automation tools to streamline software delivery.
- Ability to monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies to support scalable deployments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
