Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with operational goals and provide seamless functionality. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- Strong understanding of system design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise applications to meet complex business needs.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues within large-scale application environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware solutions to support application interoperability.
- Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of application components.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
