Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project requirements, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand detailed requirements, iterating on application designs, and implementing configurations that enhance operational efficiency. Attention to detail and adaptability are essential as the engineer refines applications to support dynamic business environments and optimize performance across multiple platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Integrations.
- Strong experience in designing and developing integration solutions that connect Workday Adaptive Planning with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Familiarity with data transformation techniques and mapping strategies to support accurate and efficient data exchange.
- Experience in configuring and customizing integration components to meet unique business requirements.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality integration solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Adaptive Integrations.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 5 years full time education is required.
