Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The position demands proactive engagement with various teams to align project goals and deliver solutions that meet business needs, while continuously overseeing the progress and quality of the software being developed.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Life Sciences Industry, Salesforce Data.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modern web standards.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance within Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
