Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the desired requirements. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with the team to drive the project forward efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions by managing tasks and priorities effectively.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application development and integration.
- Experience with data modeling and database management within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
