Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and user experience. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, ensuring that the applications you build are robust and scalable.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Design & Development: Build scalable, high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
2. Integration: Implement seamless connectivity with APIs, backend systems, and third-party services.
3. Quality & Performance: Deliver smooth UI/UX experiences, optimize app performance, and maintain robust testing standards.
4. Release & Deployment: Manage app store submissions and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery.
5. Collaboration: Partner with designers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
6. Leadership: Mentor junior developers, enforce best practices, and uphold mobile development standards.
7. Innovation: Stay current with Flutter trends, explore emerging tools, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Ownership: Work independently, develop subject matter expertise, and actively contribute to team discussions.
9. Problem-Solving: Provide effective solutions for technical challenges and assist in documentation of specifications and user guides.
10. Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate with diverse teams to gather requirements and offer technical insights.

Professional & Technical Skills:
1. Strong experience in Flutter & Dart for cross-platform mobile app development.
2. Expertise in UI/UX implementation for responsive and adaptive designs across iOS and Android.
3. Proficient in state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, Redux, GetX).
4. Skilled in API integration (RESTful/GraphQL), authentication, and offline data handling.
5. Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) for platform-specific integrations.
6. Knowledge of testing frameworks for unit, widget, and integration tests.
7. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and app deployment to Play Store and App Store.
8. Strong command of Git for version control and collaborative development.
Good to have skills:
1. Knowledge of Native Development
2. Experience with Flutter Web or Desktop
