Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications effectively support organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the software environment are integral parts of your routine, fostering seamless business operations through customized technology solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document technical specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services.
- Ability to customize Salesforce objects, workflows, and validation rules to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with deployment tools and version control systems within the Salesforce environment.
- Understanding of data management and security best practices in Salesforce.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
