Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of software solutions with broader organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Strong analytical skills to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in application design and configuration to meet diverse business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively within software applications.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
