Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team and project scope.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles within enterprise software environments.
- Experience in customizing software solutions to meet complex business process requirements.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively to maintain system integrity.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with multiple teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Skilled in managing software development lifecycle activities including design, build, testing, and deployment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
