Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project requirements, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective software solutions that support business operations and enhance user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- Experience with cloud-based data storage, processing, and analytics solutions.
- Strong understanding of data integration and migration techniques within cloud environments.
- Ability to design scalable and secure data architectures using Microsoft Azure tools.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration of data workflows in cloud platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
