Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components across various systems or applications, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will also participate in discussions to refine project requirements and contribute to the overall success of the software development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Help team members technically and guide them in completing tasks
-Groom juniors so that they can work on the tasks independently
-Thorough Code-review of the changes done by the team as part of deliverables
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
-15 years of education
-Core DevOps & CI/CD
-AWS Cloud platform
-Containerization & Orchestration
-Monitoring, Observability, Logging
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Strong understanding of cloud services and infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to automate processes and improve system reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
