Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications meet the needs of stakeholders. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing applications, while providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development of project documentation and user manuals.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and logistics.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP EWM and other SAP modules.
- Experience in customizing SAP EWM functionalities to meet business requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
