Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of each project and creatively developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications meet the intended goals while continuously refining and adapting the software to evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document technical specifications and application configurations to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing responsive and scalable user interfaces using modern web technologies.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
