Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or stages within the product lifecycle. The role requires applying a broad understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients and project teams. Collaboration with different stakeholders and adapting to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that software solutions are aligned with business objectives and technical standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language).
- Strong understanding of machine learning model development and deployment.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and version control systems.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
