Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with organizational goals, while continuously refining and adapting the software to meet evolving demands. Attention to detail and problem-solving are key aspects throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring that the final product supports seamless business operations and user satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application design and development processes to meet business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, Java Enterprise Edition.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong knowledge of web content management systems and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Experience in customizing and extending Adobe Experience Manager components and templates.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and their interaction with backend services in AEM.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
