As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development.
- Strong experience in designing and optimizing database models to support complex business logic.
- Ability to write efficient and maintainable SQL code for data manipulation and retrieval.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting within SAP HANA environments.
- Experience working within agile development frameworks to deliver iterative software improvements.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate software components.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
