Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational requirements and translating them into functional software solutions. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with evolving business goals and operational workflows. The engineer actively participates in refining application features and optimizing performance to support seamless business operations throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Generative AI.
- Experience in developing and customizing software applications using SAP technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and software development methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Knowledge of configuring and optimizing enterprise applications to enhance business processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
