Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands coordinating various activities to ensure the successful delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges that arise during the development lifecycle. Collaboration with different teams and managing priorities to meet project goals are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Field Service.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration principles within Oracle Field Service environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Oracle Field Service.
- Ability to customize and extend Oracle Field Service solutions to meet specific business requirements.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Oracle Field Service with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in analyzing system performance and implementing optimizations to enhance efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Field Service.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
