Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. You will design and develop multiple parts of the software, ensuring they meet client requirements. Throughout the day, you will write and test code to maintain and enhance existing applications, collaborating with different teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your work will contribute to the continuous improvement and smooth operation of software systems across diverse client environments, requiring adaptability and attention to detail in a dynamic setting.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and user guides to support software deployment and maintenance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing reusable components and integrating them within complex applications.
- Strong understanding of client-server architecture and asynchronous programming.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues effectively to ensure optimal application performance.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
