Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, applying modern frameworks and agile methodologies to meet evolving business requirements. Collaboration and continuous improvement are key aspects, as the engineer refines existing solutions and contributes to the overall software architecture to support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development activities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA DB Administration.
- Strong understanding of SAP GRC modules and their integration with enterprise systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions within SAP GRC.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP GRC to meet organizational compliance and risk management requirements.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP GRC implementations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
