Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure specialized software applications. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project activities, coordinating efforts to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The position demands proactive engagement with various stakeholders to align project goals and deliver solutions that meet organizational needs, while continuously overseeing the progress and quality of the software development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and their application within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP FI and other SAP modules or external systems.
- Skilled in analyzing business processes and translating them into technical solutions within the SAP environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
