Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. The role includes designing solutions tailored to client requirements, writing and testing code to ensure quality and performance, and addressing any maintenance or enhancement needs. Collaboration with team members to integrate different parts of the application and ensure smooth operation is also a key part of daily activities. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement of software components across multiple client projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
- Experience in developing and maintaining scalable data processing pipelines using PySpark.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and big data frameworks.
- Ability to write efficient, clean, and maintainable code for complex data transformations.
- Familiarity with debugging and optimizing PySpark applications for performance.
- Knowledge of integrating PySpark with other data storage and processing technologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PySpark.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
