Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. Continuous refinement and adjustment of applications to meet evolving business demands are also key aspects of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and validation.
- Document application designs, configurations, and processes to support knowledge sharing and maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise resource planning solutions to align with business processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various business applications.
- Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
