Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components or applications. The role requires working closely with project teams to implement scalable and efficient software using contemporary development frameworks and methodologies. Throughout the day, there is a focus on continuous improvement of software performance and alignment with evolving business requirements, ensuring that the solutions delivered meet the specific needs of the organization in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom software components within enterprise systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of software applications.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
