Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves engaging deeply with various stages of software development, including analyzing requirements, designing solutions, writing and testing code for multiple application components. The role requires continuous involvement in maintaining existing systems, implementing enhancements, and developing new functionalities to meet client needs. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is a regular part of the work to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with project goals and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear records of development activities.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, PySpark.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with PySpark.
- Strong understanding of distributed data processing and analytics frameworks.
- Experience in developing scalable and efficient data pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and big data ecosystems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
