Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications tailored to meet specific business needs. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions delivered align with organizational goals. The engineer acts as the main liaison for project-related communications, driving progress and resolving challenges to maintain momentum and quality throughout the development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of new features and enhancements to ensure seamless functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modern web development practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable user interfaces within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data models, security, and integration patterns.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
