Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding requirements and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with organizational goals, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to improve performance and usability. Attention to detail and adaptability are key as the engineer navigates through different phases of application development to deliver effective and efficient solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong knowledge of content management systems and web application frameworks.
- Ability to customize and extend Adobe Experience Manager components and templates.
- Experience in integrating AEM with other enterprise systems and third-party services.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support AEM development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
