Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or managing the entire product lifecycle stage. The role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with different stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of software configurations and system updates.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously monitor and improve software performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Experience with system integration and customization within complex software environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with software development tools and version control systems.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
