Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Spartacus Composable Storefront.
- Strong knowledge of front-end development frameworks and modern web technologies.
- Experience with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software components.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party services.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing software applications for enhanced user experience.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Spartacus Composable Storefront.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
