Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that meet unique business requirements. The role includes coding and enhancing various components within systems or applications, ensuring they are scalable and perform efficiently. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is a key part of the day, utilizing modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software products that align with project goals and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for modification and enhancement.
- Document development phases and monitor systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Hands-on experience with ReactJS and TypeScript with minimum 8 years of experience.
- Experience in integrating frontend applications with backend services via REST APIs. Familiarity with API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger, Postman).
- Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and microservices using Java Spring Boot. Strong understanding of Spring Framework (e.g., Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Batch).
- Design and implement Java 17+, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, persistence (JPA/Hibernate)and API security.
- ImplementOAuth2/OpenID Connect/JWT, biometric SDK integrations, secure token handling, input validation and OWASP controls.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (GitLab), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)and deployments on cloud platform.
- Quality & Collaboration: Work with SDET and QA on automated testing, participate in code reviews, design sessions and sprint ceremonies uphold risk & controls.
- Must have Skills-React Native,React18, TypeScript/JavaScript, Redux Java 17+, Spring Boot, REST, microservices JPA/Hibernate, Git agile delivery authentication protocols.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture, Spring Boot, Spring MVC (Model View Controller).
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries and component-based architecture.
- Familiarity with RESTful API integration and asynchronous request handling.
- Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.
- API gateway patterns performance tuning AWS/Azure services observability (ELK/Splunk/AppDynamics) automated tests (Jest, Appium/Detox).
- Understanding of BPM for workflow orchestration and process automation. Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 for designing workflows (BAMOE or Kamunda).
- Testing tools knowledge like Cucumber, Insomnia or postman.
- Experience with Kafka or other message brokers for event-driven communication.
- Knowledge of unit testing and integration testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
