Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an integral part of the daily routine to align development efforts with project goals and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in maintaining and updating existing software applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously explore and suggest improvements to development processes and tools to enhance productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience with Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
- Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
- Understanding of database management and query optimization.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
