Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Report Designer (BIRT).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Learning.
- Strong capability in designing and developing custom reports and dashboards to support business analytics.
- Experience in configuring and customizing applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application design and deployment.
- Familiarity with integrating various data sources and ensuring data accuracy within reports.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Report Designer (BIRT).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
