As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands active involvement in setting standards that promote high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team to meet evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and resolve challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong knowledge of materials management processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures tailored to business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent skills in team leadership and project coordination to drive successful outcomes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
