Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development standards are maintained consistently, while focusing on scalability and performance to meet evolving business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of project progress are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering an environment of innovation and quality assurance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software architecture with business requirements.
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, resource management, and risk analysis within Oracle Primavera P6.
- Experience in integrating Oracle Primavera P6 with other enterprise systems and tools.
- Ability to analyze complex project data and generate actionable insights for decision-making.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing project workflows and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Primavera P6.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
