Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and refinement of processes to drive successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Able to do 3DExperience customization and Webservice development.
- Understands and develops software solutions to meet end user's requirements. Ensures that applications integrate with overall system architecture, utilizing standard IT lifecycle methodologies and tools.
- Should be responsible to handle design, development, and analysis and Delivery of the requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: 3DEXPERIENCE 2022x and above customization,Webservices
- Hands-on experience with latest versions of 3DEXPERIENCE platform
- Proficiency Enovia Customization using Triggers,JPO, TCL , MQL and Webservices.
- Experience in Data Model customization.
- Good knowledge of Engineering BOM Management and Change Management, Variant Management, MBOM and Document Management.
- Data Model Customization.
- Good knowledge on Core Java / J2EE.
- Basic Knowledge of EKL and Widget development.
- Basic knowledge of CATIA / DELMIA and Integrations with 3DExperience application.
- Work collaboratively with team and users.
- Good communication skill.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in 3DEXPERIENCE 2022x or above customization and configuration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
