In this role, you will:

  • Collaborating with the Sales Directors and their teams to deliver the sales and spend targets

  • Drive strong analytics across channels especially in E commerce.

  • Build on existing processes for sales finance to take them to next level– distributor appointment, collections, credit monitoring, collections, delinquencies, distributor exits. claims processing

  • Building a robust system to ensure strong compliance to all K-C and statutory requirements.

  • Monitoring distributor return on investment/retention and suggesting corrective action

  • Monitor the sales capability build up across the Country and measure actual results against agreed milestones

In one of our Finance roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Qualification: CA and/or MBA from premier institute.

  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience. Minimum 2-3 yrs handling sales finance across key geographies and channels with exposure to routine sales finance processes as well as business partnering to drive key organizational objectives.

  • Exposure to E-Commerce channel is an added advantage.
