Superside is looking for a Customer Onboarding Consultant to lead customers through the crucial first stages of their journey with us. You’ll customize the onboarding process to meet their specific needs, ensuring a smooth integration into our creative ecosystem while building strong, lasting relationships.
Onboarding is a pivotal moment in the customer journey, often determining long-term retention. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers ranging from innovative startups to leading global brands like Meta, Amazon, Shopify, and Google.
Success will depend on your ability to act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with internal account teams to deliver a seamless experience that sets customers up for success.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the customer onboarding process, providing expert guidance and support.
- Customize onboarding workflows to meet customers' goals, objectives, and scale, ensuring smooth integration into Superside’s platform and services.
- Address and resolve onboarding challenges, collaborating closely with account teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor customer progress and satisfaction during onboarding, providing regular updates and actionable insights to stakeholders and management.
- Partner with Customer Enablement and other team members to align support efforts and maintain a unified customer experience.
- Foster effective cross-functional collaboration to deliver holistic, value-driven services to customers.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven success in a customer-focused role, ideally within a SaaS or creative services environment.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers through outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and proactive problem-solving skills to align onboarding initiatives with customers' goals.
- In-depth understanding of customer onboarding processes, support best practices, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously, delivering high-quality results on time.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights to account teams and customers.
- Advanced English skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to stay ahead of the curve.
- High-performing, proactive mindset with a strong bias for action and a customer-centric approach.
