Manage end-to-end telecom product regulatory compliance: coordinate certifications and testing, prepare BOMs and filings, liaise with labs and authorities, track approvals, drive environmental (EPR/e-waste/plastic) compliance, monitor budgets and dashboards, and resolve audit or regulator queries.
Drive end-to-end regulatory compliance for telecom products by coordinating certification, testing, security assurance, trusted source approvals, regulatory reporting, and environmental compliance requirements while partnering closely with business, manufacturing, and government stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Manage MTCTE, ITSAR, NSDTS (Trusted Source/Product), WPC, and other telecom regulatory approvals.
- Coordinate with IP, Optical Networks, and Fixed Networks business teams on compliance requirements.
- Prepare product BOMs, arrange testing samples, and track certification activities.
- Liaise with government-certified labs and regulatory authorities for timely approvals.
- Manage product registration and documentation on Trusted Portal and regulatory platforms.
- Ensure accurate preparation and submission of regulatory reports, filings, and compliance records.
- Drive EPR, e-waste, plastic waste management compliance, and CPCB statutory filings.
- Monitor regulatory budgets, compliance dashboards, and resolve regulatory audit or authority queries.
