- Lead and manage data center projects, focusing on AI cloud DCF front-end and backend network integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and IT, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Engage with GPU cloud providers and hyperscalers to negotiate contracts, establish partnerships, and stay updated on the latest technologies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in data center management and AI cloud integration.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and challenges, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- Document project plans, processes, and procedures to maintain a knowledge base for future reference and knowledge transfer.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in data center management, with a strong focus on AI cloud integration.
- Proven track record in leading and managing complex data center projects, preferably in the AI cloud domain.
- In-depth knowledge of GPU cloud-based networking and experience working with GPU cloud providers and hyperscalers.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Willingness to travel as required for project implementation and client engagements.
