We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide infrastructure modernization, platform and tool deployments, large-scale software upgrades, and data migration initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader with 10+ years of experience delivering mission-critical IT programs in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical project delivery expertise with strong executive presence, governance experience, and the ability to drive organizational change.
What you will do
Strategic Program Leadership• Lead large-scale IT tool deployment, infrastructure and platform transformation programs across global or enterprise environments. • Own full project lifecycle from business case development through post-implementation stabilization. • Partner with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business strategy. • Establish program governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and executive dashboards.
Infrastructure & Platform Delivery• Oversee deployment of enterprise infrastructure solutions (Tools, data center modernization, cloud migration, hybrid environments). • Lead enterprise platform implementations and tools deployment. • Manage major software upgrades, system consolidation, and technology refresh initiatives. • Direct end-to-end data migration programs, including strategy, validation, reconciliation, and risk mitigation.
Financial & Resource Management• Manage end-to-end project budgets. • Develop detailed cost estimates, forecasts, and financial reporting. • Optimize resource allocation across cross-functional technical teams. • Proactively identify program risks, interdependencies, and constraints. • Ensure compliance with IT security, regulatory, audit, and change management standards. • Lead risk mitigation planning and escalation management. • Maintain executive-level visibility of program health metrics.
Stakeholder & Executive Engagement• Serve as primary interface between executive leadership, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and third-party vendors. • Facilitate steering committees and executive briefings. • Manage cross-functional alignment across infrastructure, application, security, and data teams.
Organizational Change & Adoption
• Drive enterprise change management strategies. • E1nsure effective communication plans and user readiness initiatives. • Oversee go-live readiness, production cutover, and post-deployment support stabilization.
You will Bring
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (Master's preferred).• Overall 17+ years of IT/Telecom industry experience out of which at least 10+ years in IT/Telecom related project management experience• Demonstrated success delivering:
o Enterprise infrastructure deployments
o Cloud migration programs (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
o Large-scale software upgrade initiatives
o Complex data migration projects• Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.• Proven experience managing budgets.• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent certification. • ITIL certification or strong IT service management background. • Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government, etc.). • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation-driven environments.
