About The Role
The Customer Success Data Analysis Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Customer Success team through data analytics and integrations. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Success Strategy, Planning & Operations, this position is integral to defining and developing the strategy for our global Customer Success team. This senior role will leverage advanced analytical and data integration skills alongside strong stakeholder management to drive insights and improvements across Customer Success operations.
What You’ll Do
- Work with large, complex datasets to prepare, transform, aggregate, analyze and visualize customer data.
- Work with key stakeholders on data visualization projects from ideation to ongoing maintenance and management, delivering insights to the business through Tableau and Salesforce dashboards.
- Spearhead data integration and automation projects, working cross-functionally with system data owners, infosec and product analytics.
- Perform ad hoc spreadsheet analytics with minimal supervision, utilizing pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
- Develop advanced Salesforce custom reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize intermediate SQL skills to understand and manipulate relational database structures.
- Work autonomously on highly complex problems, leveraging strong project management and problem solving skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce custom reporting and dashboard creation.
- Ability to create user-friendly dashboards in Tableau (preferred) or PowerBI.
- Adept proficiency in spreadsheet analytics, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas and charts.
- Past experience with regression testing, predictive modeling, and hypothesis testing.
- Understanding of relational database structures with intermediate SQL skills.
- Familiarity with BigQuery and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of Python and inferential statistics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
