Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and interpret reports for operational focused leaders
• Develop data models and backend processes to support reporting needs
• Collaborate with Data Integration and Data Management teams to source and develop data / ETL
• Support and perform ongoing updates for production reports and processes
• Solves moderately complex problems and/or conduct moderately complex analyses
• Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation
• Other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 9+ years of data reporting/analysis experience
• 9+ years of experience with SQL with the ability to create ad-hoc queries and production processes
• 9+ years of experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy or Tableau

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data analytics
• Experience with creating dashboards
• Comfortable with the development of reports from multiple data sets and organization of data for presentation to management

Soft Skills:

• Solid analytical, research and problem-solving skills
